I am very impressed with this tool. I used it to till about 450 square feet of ground in preparation for a seed bed, about 250 square feet of which was solid sod. I can’t believe how powerful this thing is; it never bogged down and just ripped right through all that grass. I would greatly recommend this to anyone. I used to hoe and dig up these areas by hand, but no more. It turned what was an ordeal into just a few hours of work. It pulls pretty hard, so you have to be ready to do some work, but that is OK.

If you are looking at this rototiller thinking it might do the job but you are not sure…get it. I worked it for a little bit yesterday in a silty soil with rock about baseball size and this little thing chewed through. Neighbors said it wouldn’t be able to but it did. It jumped around some but I held on with one hand and sprayed water with a hose nozzle with the other to keep the dust down. Looking forward to getting back on it to finish the job.

This Tiller is powerful for it’s size. It definitely does the job. You can compact it down for easy storage. Would definitely purchase again.

FIrst time ever using an electric tiller and this machine is awesome. Something that usually takes me a half hour on took 5 minutes to clear up. Works great for airation between rows.

This tiller works sooo well! I like it much better than that internal combustion engine (big name brand) tiller I had that only lasted three years of light-weight work. Everything about this tiller is exceptional EXCEPT the handle needs to be more adjustable for the shorter of us gardeners, hence the four star rating. I hope it lasts longer than the other tiller I had.

This tiller is lightweight, but Really gets the job done!! Very Impressed and Affordable!!!

I used it to clear a spot in my lawn to plant grass and worked up my garden. It did a great job.

Easy to assemble and use. Deeply tilled an existing garden bed

  22. Allen

I ordered in January and it delivered on time and the packaging was in good shape. I did not assemble and use it until April. assembly was easy but there were missing bolts. I had some on hand that worked so I didn’t bother contacting customer service. My plugin is about 70ft away so I am using a 100ft 12 gauge cord. In my 12×20 garden that has previously been worked and has added compost, this thing worked like a champ. It doesn’t go as deep as my old gas tiller but it goes deep enough. It’s lightweight which makes it easy to flip over to clean the tines. It took me about an hour to till the 12×20 plot 3 times. My next projects were to make a new bed. It’s really just a 10ft row that is at the edged of my garden that has previously been untilled or used because it’s at the edge of the shade, but I am going to give it a try this year. It is hard sticky clay and the 10ft row took me an hour to get 4 inched deep. I ended up breaking it up with a shovel then tilling with this and then adding the compost and tilling again. It bounced so much that you would have thought I was tilling a trampoline. But honestly, I should not expect this tiller to handle that job, so overall I am happy with the purchase because I can use it in my previously worked areas and It will work great to help me weed between rows. Giving 3 stars because of the missing parts.
