I found nothing about how to install the soap container on the front of the machine and after doing so, it did not work. After using the machine for hours the soap container was still full. Of course I ran the clear tube into the soap container and onto the motor fitting with the spring clamp. The separate soap bottle has a knob to adjust for the amount of soap from it, well the + & – indicator is backwards. If you turn it all the way towards the plus, that shuts off the soap and the minus increases the soap.

This pressure washer is so satisfying. Cleaned 100+ years of dirt from the concrete in my backyard and front steps. Found out theres little colorful speckled pebbles in my sidewalk. This thing is powerful and doesn’t stink like a gas one

An afternoon wasted, relative over to help me to get it set up and to start using (I am on a time crunch) and a cross bar was bent! Could not assemble, could not use, on hold for 45 minutes to Greenworks and never spoke to anyone. Now had to load up into my car and on my way to return it to the store. Will not buy this product again. Please note, the box was in no way damaged…… it was clearly not well checked at the factory when assembled. Not fault.

Well, have had only one use since purchase so far & I can say with certainty that it does work. This was purchased for around home use. Initial assembly only required a Phillips screwdriver. I have experience with several types of pressure washers & this one has lived up to my expectations. What is most appealing to me is the convenient layout of accessories & lack of need for tools for setup & nozzle changes. Connections for the high-pressure hose are sealed by neoprene O-rings & lubricating them with a LITTLE petroleum jelly will make connection smoothly & O-rings will last longer. A very small amount of application is all that is required, being particularly careful of not contaminating the open port. Have not tried the soap dispenser, don’t have an application for doing so, yet. Overall, solidly built, should last long enough to eventually pass on to my grandchildren.

  5. Live Oak TX Washer

Love this pressure washer. Highly suggest getting the 12″ surface washing disc as well. Very easy to set up and use. No more struggles in getting a gas engine to start. Plenty of power for my composite deck, garage, and driveway. Would not use the soap tank that sends detergent thru the unit’s pump. The separate soap bottle is the way to go. Be aware that turning the control knob to plus does NOT mean more soap. It means more water. Turn it to the minus direction to increase the soap. A bit counterintuitive, I thought.

I love everything about this pressure washer! This thing really puts out the pressure and how much power it has! It’s a great value with foam cannon and the other nozzles that come with this machine are great! Outperforms my old gas powered pressure washer. Will never go back and recommend this electric pressure washer to anyone looking for one.

Works as advertised. Not extremely high pressure, but it is what I need for most projects (Not for professional use). But instructions were very incomplete regarding the soap tank hookup – I had to look at pictures online to how the hose hooked up – absolutely no explanation in the instructions (I could have assumed, but that also can be a wrong assumption). With all the warnings about avoiding household detergents, it says to load with detergent (what kind?). What they should have said is to use Multi-purpose or Pressure Washer soap. Had to call to find this out to be safe. Also, initial online description had no mention allowing extension cords, but the written instructions defined use of extension cords – a major point as the power cord is only 35′. Otherwise, it does what I want after my initial setup and use. I would recommend this, with the above caveats.
