Bought this faucet about 2 years ago. Already had to replace the hose line once and then the casing around the handle broke off! I tired to put it back with an Allen wrench but it kept coming loose. We now have to use the faucet without the outer piece and the handle comes off every time we use it. I understand things really don’t last forever but the Moen tagline “buy it for looks buy it for life” seems to indicate it should last for more than a couple of years. Very disappointed. Searching for a replacement faucet and not sure I can trust another Moen.

We just had the Anabelle faucet installed after upgrading to granite counter tops and it is gorgeous, very smooth running and flowing. We did not install the soap dispenser as we weren’t interested in that feature. I have to say I was reluctant to buy a faucet that has the sprayer right in the faucet itself. We had chosen originally, another model with the sprayer on the side however our granite folks failed to cut the second hole to accommodate it. I have to say the model we chose is fabulous and we will be very happy with it. The spray feature seems to work amazingly well.

I bought this two weeks ago and then when I opened the box and began the well described install I got to the last part install and the piece was missing. No SRS bizal for the soap dispenser.

I bought the Anabelle kitchen faucet approximately 2 years ago. Last night my son went to do dishes and ended up with the handle in his hand. The interior broke. Not acceptable!

The gasket provided I know is a universal style gasket, however that being said it didn’t fit my sink. It was to small on each end so I ended up having to use plumber putty around the edge to keep it from leaking under the cover plate. The faucet itself is made okay, not to cheap but definitely not high quality. The handle on my faucet had to be installed outward toward the bowl of the sink vs on the side because of my backsplash when turning on to the hot position. Overall hopefully my kids don’t break this one

This faucet was in my home when I bought it about 2yrs ago. I want to love this faucet but short after I moved in I noticed every time I cut it on the nozzle pops off and the hose retracts back under the countertop and I have to feed it back through. The neck of the sink comes off very easily. I’d hate to have to buy a new faucet and Moen is known to be a great brand so I don’t even know what I’ll buy next but I have to do something fast because its getting worst and a faucet is an essential part of a kitchen.

I really loved this faucet! It was the first “fancy” upgrade I purchased for my home. Then it fell apart. I’m not at all handy and so just watched it do it’s thing. Now, as you can see from the photos, it’s toast. The soap dispenser is sticky, too. Once pressed to dispense soap, I have to physically pull the handle back up to dispense more. I had it installed by a professional. Maybe it’s just a lemon… ? Will contact customer service about a replacement and update my review when I hear back from them…

I searched and reviewed many faucets. I was hung up on delta because of the magnetic feature of the pull down head. I didn’t care much for deltas designs and the funky handle on the side. This moen Annabelle faucet is perfect. The arch is perfect not to high so not a lot of splashes and not to low. Also, some complained about water flow being to slow but again I’m happy with the flow. Anything stronger would be a splash factor for me. I really love the way this faucet looks and the soap dispenser is not short and chunky its more sleek and slender.

Remove the pull out wand from the hose. Remove the small black plastic restrictor, the first thing you see at the rear of the wand, reinstall the hose and water pressure problem resolved.

I bought an Anabelle ca87003srs kitchen faucet about 5 years ago held up beautifully until recently. The hose on the pull-out sprayer started leaking. I didn’t try to warrenty it because I didn’t register it. I bought the exact thing again and registered it this time. I hope this one holds better than the last one otherwise I will no longer buy Moen Products.

I purchased a 2nd faucet to match the main sink and prep sink but the faucet has two different finishes… brushed and then nickle silver. The neck & body have a nickle silver finish where as the spout, handle, handle cover & deck have a brushed finish. The whole facet should be brused finish…. not mixed.

I recently purchased this faucet as a replacement and decided I would give it a try to install myself. I’m not much of a do-it-yourselfer, but had no problems installing this faucet with the instructions provided. The faucet looks and works great and always gets lots of compliments!

We bought the Moen Anabelle faucet for it’s appealing design and Moen’s reputation. We just loved the look of this faucet because it really is attractive. The single operating arm is a neat feature, too. Unfortunately, our faucet developed a leak at the single arm handle, which caused us to have to return it. Overall the faucet worked okay. Installation was simple, but I noticed water pressure was lacking.

The look of this is really nice. Just installed it so can’t talk to the durability but it was relatively simple to install and seems solid.

The instructions are awful. Few words in many languages creating visual noise. Relies on illustrations that are about average to follow.

Downside is that it steps the connections down to a 3/8″ compression connectors from a 1/2″ water line. This really lowers the water pressure that is noticeable in every day use.

    Good but has some trade-offs.

I am so happy with my Anabelle faucet. I chose the bronze finish to match the hardware on my new cabinets and countertop and it looks beautiful. I love the ease of use with the pulldown spout and one handle design.

  16. Wmverdon

I love this faucet it’s a beautiful design but the cover before the handle has popped off and you can’t get it back on we had it apart and it won’t go back on and the parts to replace it are almost 100 bucks

I’ve always went with Moen because in my opinion they make some of the best faucets on the market. Plus the customer service is mostly very helpful!! I purchased a new Moen Anabelle Mediterranean Bronze One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet CA87003BRB because thats what we had in our kitchen for 11 years and it worked quite well. We replaced 3 weeks ago during our remodel, which is still currently happening. Although I will admit that this ones power button does not work, it just stops the water flow but the sprayer works fine. I will have to work with customer service to see if I can get a head replacement for it since it is brand new.

I admire the beauty and functionality of this faucet. It was easy to install.

  19. jkmc

I installed the faucet in about 20 minutes it was very straightforward and good directions. The faucet works well. The only negatives I have is the spray wand does not sit flush with the faucet neck. The back touches but the front leaves a visible gap that you have to push/tilt the wand to fit correctly. I also have a problem that the weight drags along the wall of the cabinet when extending or retracting the spray wand. I tried to adjust but was unable to solve this. If the weight was on the other side of the hose it would work fine. If anyone has a solution I would appreciate advise. The faucet has only been installed for 2 days.

  20. Pretty Disappointed

We recently did a full kitchen remodel, which included a new deep, double bowl, stainless steel sink. This faucet would have been better suited for a single bowl farmhouse sink. The arc is too short and the faucet too high. Everything, including the person using the sink gets soaking wet. If I rinse meat, the water sprays over everything. I have to clear the area to keep from contamination. I’ve tried every flow rate possible. If I pull the head down, it doesn’t retract well, and it won’t click in place unless I shut the water off first. I wish you would do extensive product testing and put recommended uses on your boxes. I can’t wait to replace it.
