This is much cheaper than most faucets that look this good. We bought it to replace a Delta Classic that cost at least $30 ore than this. The Delta started to leak immediately after we bought it. So annoying. It’s a good thing we didn’t pay a plumber but it was still very inconvenient. The good news is Lowe’s has a 90 day return policy and honored the return even though we didn’t have the packaging. We’d had very good luck with a Moen faucet we bought for he bathroom so this time I went Moen instead of Delta. We didn’t buy the Muirfield for the price but the style. However, the price was a plus. What isn’t a plus are a few things (and the reason for not being 5 stars): (1) It’s kind of cheap. The base feels like a fake metal–probably some kind of plastic. It doesn’t look like it at all. You only notice when you touch it. (2) The base doesn’t sit flat and there’s no gasket to keep water from getting under it (I’ve attached a picture so you can see). Because we only installed it less than a week ago, I can’t tell if there’s going to be any issues with water getting under it. I don’t think it will leak under the sink because it was a tight connection to attach it, but I’m concerned about water getting under the base. The reason it didn’t lie flat was because the base was slightly warped. We thought once it was installed tightly it would flatten. It did a little but there is still a gap. I think it was warped because it’s plastic. (3) The only thing that attaches the faucet is a giant plastic screw that goes under the faucet. The last faucet had one also under the sprayer so it provided two places to keep it in place. This has only one in the center so that seems like a lot of pressure to put on the fulcrum. This may be a factor in its longevity.
The good is that it was very easy to install and the directions were quite clear. It required only an adjustable wrench to attach the water lines/hoses (which are included). The hoses were excellent quality. They were braided just like the ones you can buy separately. Our last kitsch faucets weren’t–just plastic–so that was worrisome.
The faucet also looks nice and classy. That’s why we picked it. The sprout has slightly lower water pressure than our last faucet but the sprayer is MUCH more powerful so it balances out.
You can’t really tell from the picture but the end of the faucet hangs down low–not lower than the base but only slightly higher. We don’t mind this at all but if you wanted a high rise faucet this isn’t it despite the swan-like curve.
So it you like a faucet that has a little style–not modern but a little ornate and need the side faucet to be where it is, I do recommend this one. So far we really love it.

The finish on the faucet started to deteriorate Early on. The base of the sprayer fractured repeatedly causing sharp edges. The sprayer itself sticks in the on position giving you a shower the next time you use it. I’ll be replacing it soon! Only five years old.

I bought this as a replacement for one that was starting to excessively drip. The features that are most appealing to me are (1) a single handle, (2) a high enough neck for bigger pans and pitchers to fit under, and (3) the addition and convenience of a sprayer. The finish is very nice as well.

The Moen name was highly recommended. We like the updated classic style with the modern finish. The sprayer was an added bonus that will be nice , as needed.

A year after buying this faucet the sprayer started sticking on. A year after that the holder for the sprayer broke. The replacement parts from Moen cost more than the whole faucet. I bought a completely different faucet for much more money. Hopefully you get more for your money.

This faucet is OK for a budget replacement or a flip but I wouldn’t expect too much at this price point. I should have spent more the first time around and saved the headache.

I wanted a high-arc but did not have one. But over all okay the anchors is weak it need to be improved. The anchors are not long enough and real hard to put on granite tops.

Bought a second one for moms house, as like the feel and quality of the first kitchen sink faucet we bought last year. Holds up nicely.

    Pros: Solid faucet, spot resistant.
Cons: Cheap plastic baseplate, single mounting nut beneath faucet only.
