Description & Features
The namesake mill for Chef Olivier Roellinger, a renowned expert in spices and seasoning and recipient of three Michelin stars. Form meets function in this pepper mill inspired by Peugeot’s heritage of coffee mills and Chef Roellinger’s passion for sailing, with the crank and drawer handles fashioned like boat winches. Simple, yet elegant design is formed from a single block of beech wood.
Helix-shaped mill mechanism is constructed specifically to grind whole peppercorns. The double row of case-hardened-steel grinding teeth guides and holds peppercorns for a perfect grind that is fully adjustable. To adjust, lift the spring tab and turn the thumbwheel. Grind stays set until changed.
Grind directly over food or into the drawer, which is hollowed to ensure every bit of the ground pepper is accessible. Made in France with a lifetime warranty on the grinding mechanism, and a 2-year limited warranty on the mill body.

We only use freshly ground pepper and sometimes need 2-4 Tbs of it, which takes time and is difficult to do using a regular (vertical) pepper mill. This one makes grinding pepper so easy and fast. Love it!

This is a very high quality pepper mill and quickly grinds up a good amount. The drawer can be easily removed so you can grind pepper directly into food

Great for when you need a lot of black pepper for a recipe. I have had a very difficult time adjusting it for anything but a fine grind. Not sure it was worth $100.

Its not only cute but it takes only seconds to have enough pepper for your whole meal, only thing I wish it had a setting for coarse pepper.

This is a very good grinder and easy to use. I do have to have my husband?s help to set the grind on pepper because the mechanism is very stiff.
