36 Reviews
  • [2 SAWS IN 1] Pivoting, push-button head turns your jigsaw into a reciprocating saw and back again in just seconds
  • [ORBITAL CUTTING] The slight circular motion is more efficient for most materials than the traditional back and forth stroke. Get the job done quicker, with less strain on your hands
  • [SHARE BATTERIES, SAVE MONEY] Worx Power Share is compatible with all Worx 20v and 40v tools, outdoor power and lifestyle products

$67.55

This 20V Axis Reciprocating/Jig Saw 2-in-1 gives you a whole lot of tool(s) for the money. There’s no need to buy a separate reciprocating saw and jigsaw when you have an Axis. Worx engineers figured out that those two saws actually employ a similar motion to get their different jobs done, and designed a way to put that functionality into one tool. So you get the raw power of a reciprocating saw (3000/min of no-load speed) to tear down structures, but then the head folds down into the base to give you more balance to make those intricate cutouts that only a jigsaw can perform. Plus, there’s no cord to get in your way, so you’re free to move. And at only 4.2 lbs, you can work long hours without getting hand and arm fatigue. The jigsaw is made to cut through wood (2” cutting capacity), PVC pipe (2”), and steel plate (5/32”). While the reciprocating saw also cuts wood and PVC pipe at 2”, but steel pipe at 2”, too. And they both have a 0.75” stroke length. With a built-in dust blower, you’ll always see the shapes you’re cutting in jigsaw mode. And the safety lock-off switch prevents accidental starting. Get an innovative 20V Axis Reciprocating/Jig Saw 2-in-1 from Worx and get more done, with less strain on both your hands and your wallet.

Works great as a home owner for small jobs around the house, bought a prunning blade for it,to trim some small tree branches.
Bought your large tool bag to store it in(WA0079)
Also from my local fishing store I bought a Plano model 3700 plasic box to store my blades in.It fits in the bag with plenty of room,I had bought the smaller bag first but it was to small, will use it for other things.

I bought this tool for the jig saw feature so I could create interesting boards on which to paint fun art rather than using the standard rectangle canvas. It’s worked perfect for that so far. But then I had a few tree branches that needed to be cut, so I easily moved from jig saw mode to a regular reciprocating saw. It cut through 2 to 3 inch branches with ease. I also had a project where I had to cut holes into drywall,it was like cutting through butter : ) This is a fun versatile tool for small projects that is so quick and easy to use in many situations because you’re not bound by a cord. It has the same great innovative design as the Switch Driver which I also love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have little hands and regular reciprocating saws are heavy and bulky for me. I know they make mini reciprocating saws but I needed a new jig saw as well. So when I saw this ingenious idea that WORX came up with, I was so excited! The blade swap is SO easy and the rotating axis is even easier. There is enough weight behind the little machine for the work that needs to be done; but not too much that it makes it heavy and uncomfortable to use. I was/am truly amazed and COMPLETELY satisfied with us purchase. A plus is that I also have a WORX string trimmer. I can use the same batteries for both!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last year because I needed a jigsaw and a reciprocating saw. The tool is very easy use and we’ll balanced. Below is the branches I cut and re-cut to fit in the bed of my truck still had 2 bars on the 20v 4ah battery.

I bought this cordless reciprocating & jig saw a few months ago and before I put down what I thought of this tool I wanted to put it through some jobs I had around my house.
And I have to say I am very impressed with this tool of Worx. The instructions need to be more informative and the print could be just a tad larger. I had to go onto You Tube to get some answer, as I am more of a visual understanding type of person. I own several other 20 volt tools from Worx and I love them as well. So far I give all the ones I own a 5 star rating. I had one of my friends over and we used this 20v Axis reciprocating/ jig saw as well as the 2 in 1 drill and I was able to cut nails and cut the wood I needed with just changing the blade.

I purchase a lot of Worx products and have been happy with all of them except this one. It would work briefly and then just shut off. Returning product!

I suggested that my daughter buy one for her husband for Father’s Day last year. Since I help him with most of the odd jobs around the house I used it a few times and thought it was great! SO… this past winter I got one for myself just because. It has power enough for nearly anything and is so easy to just pick up and go without worrying about the power supply. Blades go in and out seamlessly and quickly with no tools. Just all good!! Get one.

Working on a project that involved wood and threaded rod. Jig saw mode with a jig saw blade did all the cuts it was needed for. Then I pressed in the big button and switched to recip mode and put in a recip metal cutting blade. I clamped the threaded rod in a vise and easily cut all the pieces I needed and didn’t have to deal with the evil dangling power cords. It worked as well as my Bosch jigsaw and beat using a hacksaw by miles.

Even though the Worx AXIS had good reviews across the internet, I still had my doubts before I bought it. But now, WOW, this is a great concept, the tool performed much better than I expected. The 2 in 1 tool saves you time, space, & money, while still giving you quality performance and has a long lasting battery as well, a fast charger would have given this kit the complete package. I highly recommend the Worx AXIS !

I bought this over a year ago and it has come in hand many times. I have cut down small 6″ diameter tree with this saw. The quick blade change out makes it so simple to go from wood to metal, or a longer blade. Just press a button and you go from reciprocating to a jigsaw. I am always finding this tool handy have, even with yard work. I also seem to get good battery life with this saw. Great tool to add for anyone.

I didn’t realize it, but I’ve been waiting for this tool all my life…

I occasionally have the need to use a reciprocating or jig saw, but not on a regular basis. My corded saws were heavy and awkward. So, finding this convertible saw was one of the best moments of my do-it-yourself life! It works great – it’s lightweight, powerful enough for most jobs, and easy to use. I will never be without it again!

  12. Palmtree

I purchased this saw to trim small trees in my backyard and unruly woody roots. I am a 66 year old female and this saw is perfect for me. I love the battery pack tools which free me from electrical cords or impossible to start gas motors. The blades are easy to insert and the lock device prevents accidental starts. This is my second Worx tool , but it won’t be my last. Good bang for the buck.

  13. Insuranceguy

I got this for cutting small to medium branches off my trees and bushes. Although I have yet to charge the battery, so I don’t have length of time battery lasts, I can say It has a lot of blade torque and the speed is great. I have used it in both positions and the way it pivots was well thought out. Very powerful tool and I’m glad I made the purchase.

  14. Lepp

Works well enough, I needed to cut down some oleander trees in my backyard and it got the job done.

  15. NebraskaNick

Thought the idea of a 2 in 1 was great, but the performance left a bag taste in my mouth. The 2 different settings don’t seem to make a difference. They’re is very little precision as it just seems to do it’s own thing. The small design of this makes cutting awkward and I’d recommend buying 2 separate products

  16. Ole man Gene

Ordered the product 30 March 2021, received it 08 April 2021. It’s well built and I like the fact it becomes two different tools by a push of a button. Easy blade insertion design. Very happy with purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the poor packaging. The box arrived open!

  17. Mutso

I pitched this @ 2 weeks ago. I am very pleased. My Craftsman corded recip. Saw died after 25 yrs. The difference between them is nite and day. Craftsman was corded, heavy and big. Work is cordless, light, very flexible (good for cutting off and small cuts using the jig capability)

  18. Boning up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased large bones for our dogs, but they are too big even for our bloodhounds, so I’m awaiting this item so I can cut those bones down to size. Already have 4 20V batteries from other Worx tools, so will have plenty of energy for the job, both the tool and ME!
