  • [FAST, CLEAN CUTS] This cordless 20V PowerShare chain saw is as fast and powerful as anything in its class. And with no gas and no cord, there’s much less muss and fuss
  • [AUTO-CHAIN TENSION] The automatic, tool-free chain tension system ensures you’ll always have the correct tension for the job at hand
  • [SAME BATTERY, EXPANDABLE POWER] The same battery powers over 75+ 20V, 40V, and 80V lifestyle, garden, and power tools in the Power Share family

The perfect homeowner’s chainsaw, the 10in 20V Chainsaw is powerful enough for common backyard chainsaw jobs and compact and easy enough to use that you don’t need to be a lumberjack to operate it. Chop fallen branches after the storm, or trim limbs still on the tree before they become a problem. A whole suite of quality-of-life features makes this saw a high-performance tool that’s surprisingly comfortable to use for a chainsaw. The automatic chain-tension system guards against over-tightening, so you won’t damage the chain. And the auto-lubrication system keeps the chain running smoothly around the bar at 3.7 m/s. Not only do these systems ensure that your saw is always running at peak efficiency, but they significantly extend the life of the tool. The chain pitch is an industrial-quality 3/8in, and the included Bar and Chain Sheath add an extra layer of protection during storage. This saw only weighs 6.2 lbs with the battery attached, so it’s much easier to handle than the standard, bulky, traditional chainsaw design. And you can extend its functionality by purchasing the Pole Saw attachment (WA0167, not included) to gain up to 10 feet of reach for trimming tree limbs. A 20V 2.0 Ah battery and charger come with this tool, and power not just this saw, but every Worx Power Share product on the platform. That means the next time you buy a Worx Power Share tool, you probably don’t have to buy the battery.

I bought this a month ago and happy I did. I just used it for the first time today to clear some trees away from my creek bed. I was really happy with how easy it was use. I am a 53yr old woman and have never used a chain saw before. My father was always the one to use the chain saws. He is 87 now and can no longer lift the heavy saws. He tried this one out and was happy with how light it was. I might have to buy another one as he likes this little guy so much I had to sneak it out of the house. Thank You Worx you guys always have just what I am looking for.

Purchased this late Spring with pole attachment to trim tree limbs. This Summer my 38ft, 16in diameter Maple discovered a new source of nutrition & begin dipping into the sewer line. Not a good result in toilet flushing action. The previous owners didn’t take that into consideration when planting the Maple next to the sewer line. I knew I needed a longer saw to tackle removing the Maple & deliberated on the cost of bigger saw, or hiring an arborist. Procrastination & spending time reflecting on options I looked at my 10in saw & decided to give it a go. I spent 3 full days dismantling the limbs leaving an 18ft, 16in diameter trunk. Sizing it up I thought I would give it a try. By making large notches around the perimeter I was able to eventually bring that sucker down. All done on 3 batteries. Honest! This success was not without its mishaps & problems. The chain made its reluctance at such a task by jumping off several times but no big deal. Gave time for a welcomed rest & restoring the chain back to its bar, a simple fix, thanks to no requirement for tools. I now have a large pile of “logs” seasoning for next winter’s fireplace. I went on to bring down a couple 8in fir trees, a 9in flowering plumb & removed magnolia limbs up to a full 10in. Indeed, the little saw that could & still is doing, on the original chain. I did learn that trying to use it as a shrub trimmer is a big mistake.
You will spend more time resetting the chain on the bar than any trimming you’ll do. It doesn’t like taking little bites, but then that’s what hedge trimmers are for.
Keep it well oiled & sawdust cleaned out & feed it fully charged 20V & it won’t disappoint.

I got this chainsaw as part of the pole saw combo a while back for basic tree trimming. But twice now I’ve had occasion to use it as a “real” chainsaw and it hasn’t let me down. I ran through a couple batteries to get there but you can see in the photos most recently I was able to safely chop up a 50’ Leland Cyprus that had come down and was resting on a fence.

Great small chainsaw for small trees and bushes. Easy to assemble by following the instructions and cleanup is a breeze. A small brush and a rag and you are done in no time. I love the self oil feature and the battery lasts longer than I anticipated. I was able to cut down some trees that I thought I would need my bigger gasoline saw to handle. No problem with this little lightweight 10 inch Worx. Highly recommend this product.

My chainsaw arrived on 26 of July and have been using it for 3 weeks with no problems. I had to get bar oil so did not start using it until the evening of the 27th. I have three brush piles ready to burn and the place is looking much better! It would of cost me 10 times the price of the saw to hire it done.

I bought this mainly for trimming small branches but my daughter asked if I could get a stump out of the way. 18″ stump 10″ Chainsaw. It performed awesome. Thanks worx I have many of your 20 volt products all are awesome.

When I bought my acre and a quarter of land over 41 years ago it did not have a tree one or bush on it anywhere. Over those years I have planted quite a few trees of various kinds. I recently bought the battery operated chain saw. I am so excited and can’t wait for the weather to clear where I can spruce up all my lower tree limbs. I love how heavy duty it is but light enough for a man of my age to handle. I have the trimmer and blower that Worx makes and I love them so much I didn’t hesitate to purchase the chainsaw. The battery is so easy to recharge and use. I’m looking forward to having the best looking trees in my neighbor.

I’ve purchased several Worx tools for yard work because they are lightweight and easy for me to handle. Other than the poor battery life, I have generally been pleased.
This chainsaw is a dud. Leaks oil when not in use and sprays oil when in use. Customer service says it’s designed to leak oil. Suggested I add a tiny bit every time I use it then store it upside down. Chain flies off every couple of cuts unless the tension is manually adjusted. It actually makes a decent cut when it works, but it takes too long to do the job when you have to stop and put the chain back on over and over and clean up the flying and leaking oil.

I am an 86 yr old female, weigh almost 100 lbs, still struggling to cope with maintenance of 6 wooded acres where large tree limbs (up to 4″ dia) want to clutter the forest floor. This chainsaw is perfect for my need to clean up and get firewood that I can easily handle. It is so lightweight and has so many other wonderful features (an oiler that really works, simple chain tightening, easy cleaning and battery changing, and plenty of CORDLESS power) that I have said goodbye to my old 12″ corded saw. I am now free to roam the woods, and battery power lasts about as long as I do, so we make a good pair.

I bought my first Worx edger and trimer about a mouth ago and it is the best thing I have ever done for my self, I have also got the scissirs and they are great also I got them for my husband… I got a second Worxs edger and then I was hooked I just got a 10 in cordless chain saw for my husband as a surprise gift and He loves itI am so happy with my Worx they get the job done and I am not worn out and takes so little time where with my old helpers it took me all day dragging the cords get it all out then gathering it all together again to get it restored now it is so much easier than U Worx

After countless searching and reading reviews, I purchased the Worx 10″ 20v chainsaw. The brand lives up to the name, it “Worx”. Perfect saw for clearing brush and trimming trees. I worked in the yard for close to an hour, cutting and hauling branches and brush away.
No worries about storing and mixing gas and oil in a can. Never worry about will it start the next time I go to use it. Just put in chain oil and pull the trigger. Super easy to unpack and attach the bar and chain. Kept the box for easy storage.
Can’t wait to purchase other Worx products because of the interchangeable battery pack.

I bought this saw with the pole assessory to use as a cordless polesaw. I was out of town on business when the Derecho hit and topped all the trees in our yard with many branches blocking our driveway. My wife and son with assistance from one of my co-workers used this saw to clear our driveway. I have been using this since I got home to clear debris and prune what’s left of our trees. I have an 18″ corded saw but it is such a hassle with the cord and it doesn’t work when the power is out for two days. I was so impressed with this saw that I ordered the 14″ 40V cordless saw to compliment it.

I bought this during the winter season to be ready for spring. I saw what needed to be trim and didn’t have the money for a tree service. I am a female, 55 and wanted something I could handle and maintain. I have never used a chainsaw before and was concerned on the safety features. Easy to use and very light. After 2 min with it I was a pro I love this saw and it is so quiet.

I bought this about a month ago and finally used it to trim my trees. I was skeptical at first because it was so easy to put together and adjust the chain or more like no need to adjust the chain. Vy fault of my own I did throw the chain a couple of times only because I was working the saw instead of allowing the saw to work ( ie. Applied to much pressure) once I let my heavy hand go the saw worked great. I was able to trim some rather large branches (5”plus). I cut them off the tree and then cut the branches in all with one charge of the battery and then had some left over. I had four large branches each a little over 15’ long so these were not small. All and All I am happy with the purchase.

This is a beautiful, lightweight and high performance tool. I considered several larger models, including 2-cycle gas powered. But for my needs, up to about 6″ diameter, this was all that I needed.”Just add oil.” I used it on a few small trees and a lot of arm-sized limbs and never experienced a power slowdown. Liked the 3-lamp indicators on battery for remaining charge indicator. This is worth purchasing a spare battery for, anyway. Strong and easy, chain tension a breeze. A lot of power in a tool lighter than a gallon of milk! (Now have to wait a few years and see how long it lasts.)

  16. DIY Nathan

I got my hands on this chainsaw to trim up an overgrown bush/tree. I was able to use a hand loper to remove most of the smaller branches and used this 20V chainsaw to finish the job. I was very impressed with how easily the tool cut through the thicker branches, it had no problems with branches that were up to 6″ in diameter.

There wasn’t the need to change the battery anytime during its use. I was able to get approximately 30-plus 2″ – 4″ diameter cuts on a single battery and when completed, it was still showing 2 indicator lights.

This is a great tool to add to you collection, especially if you often have occasional limbing or pruning needs and don’t want to invest in a gas-powered chainsaw.

I am 81 years old and love all the Worx tools I have. The chainsaw is just my size to handle and wonderful for me to take back in our woods to cut down small trees and branches. The fact that it is batter powered is most helpful because I can’t take a cord with me back there. I also have a string cutter and a small blower the I can just open my door each day and blow off the leaves and debris from outside my door in 5 minutes. I won 5 batteries so I don’t run out. I have several battery chargers. Yep, I love these tools, I call them Bonnie tools because that’s my name and they are my tools just for me that I can handle. Customer service is great also. Recommend these people and their products.

We live a mile up a dirt road on a mountain in North Carolina. We bought this a year ago to keep in our car, just in case a smaller tree fell across the road. Never happened. Then this morning, a huge dead tree half-way up the hill above our house came crashing down, taking out six other trees on the way down. Thankfully, the avalanche missed the house, but both our drives were buried. We gassed up the sturdy Stihl, but couldn’t get it to start. Powered up the 14″ Ego — no go on even the medium-sized trunks. In desperation, we grabbed this little guy. Oh, my gosh! We are so impressed! It took a little longer than we hoped, but both drives are clear — and on only one battery charge. Thank you Worx!

I’ve had this for about a year. I bought it because I had a maple tree cut down, but I needed to remove it myself. This saw had no problem cutting through the limbs, even the larger ones. after that I helped some friends clear some trees on their property. I was able to bring a few (not really large) trees down with this saw as well.

It’s light weight, easy to use, easy to maneuver especially in tight areas.

My complaints or lessons learned…The oil leaks after you are done using this and put it away. So I recommend draining the oil out after you are done.

The “auto-tension” doesn’t seem to work well, I had to adjust the tension while running this (which is the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars)

This little saw is a great addition to my “arsenal” to take care of my yard work. Being a smaller size lady, and a bit older than most………. wasn’t sure if it would or could do the things I have been waiting to have done by the mysterious someone else that never drops by. LOL Anyway, just doing things my self,,,,,, all I need now is the extension pole and all of my pruning will be done !! It would be nice to get a small bottle of Chain Oil in the box instead of making a trip to hardware store. Otherwise, a perfect addition to my battery share tools from WORX !

I was hesitant about an electric chainsaw only because I didn’t realize they had been around for quite some time. I’ve never had a chainsaw, and I just assumed you needed a gas one for its power. Well, I already had a Power Share drill and string trimmer, so I thought I’d try this out – mainly because of the trees I have, also. I was excited and surprised how well this worked when I had to break down some rather large branches that broke during a storm. Now I want to prune the whole yard! The weight and balance of this saw is also a good feature.

I was looking for a cordless chainsaw when I found this deal, I have a few other Worx tools I have purchased so I knew these would be good. The chainsaw works very good and I I I
I was able to cut down and trim a few trees with the chainsaw and still have a charge left in the battery. The blower was a bonus as I needed one to blow my driveway. It actually was more powerful than I expected and has a variable speed adjustment. I am finding many uses for it too. Overall I am very satisfied with these tools as they provide a lot of value for the price.

After I bought that little jigsaw for the little branches I just had to have this chainsaw! My boyfriend tried to discourage me but it didn’t work, I had already ordered it. I did promise him that I wouldn’t use it when I was alone and he showed me the proper way to hold and use it. He did the first cut and I did the rest. I made the nicest little logs for our campfire! I just can’t get over the lightweight of the WORX tools! I can’t believe how independent I am becoming in my old age. This makes the fourth tool I bought this summer. I keep looking for anything else I might need. I love each and every item : weed eater lawn mower, jig saw and chain saw. Oh, and my nephew gave me leaf blower that he no longer used. How about that?

  24. clmeado

Being a woman I like the fact that I don’t have to try to maintain a gasoline powered chainsaw. I need to keep small trees and seedlings under control. This saw does that for me. I like the ease of use and the only downside is how much chain saw lubricant is used. It seems that the saw uses an excessive amount of oil which causes wood chips to pack behind the housing. But I still love this saw over the small electric chainsaw that I have. I don’t have to string out 100+ feet of cord to get to all parts of my yard. Love your tools.
